The Annual General Meeting of the company is scheduled to be convened on 10th September, 2025. Determine the duration of the remote e-voting period and specify the time at which such e-voting shall conclude.

Time period for e-voting: The facility for remote e-voting shall remain open for not less than three days and shall close at 5.00 p.m. on the date preceding the date of the general meeting. Thus, if the Annual General Meeting is going to be held on 10th September 2025, the facility for remote e-voting shall open on 7th September 2025 and close at 5.00 p.m. on 9th September 2025.
